HP Pavilion HPE h8-1320eo
Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

Hi,

I was looking at possibly upgrading my graphic card on my HP Pavilion HPE h8-1320eo since its' graphics card (GT640) can't play games like the Witcher 3. So I was wondering if it's even possible to upgrade it (since the computer is kinda of old) or I should just stick with what I have and save up to a new system.

Specs:

HP Model Number: B7J19EA
Motherboard: IPMMB-FM (Pegatron)
BIOS: AMI 7.15
CPU: Intel i7-3770 @3.40GHz

OS: Windows 7 64-bit
GPU: GeForce GT640

Thanks !

@Rerre, welcome to the forum.

The newer video cards require UEFI in the motherboard instead of a Legacy/standard BIOS.  HP didn't begin using UEFI until mid-October, 2012.  The motherboard can't be upgraded to UEFI.  With that said, I highly suggest that you save your money and take a look at one of HP's gaming laptops or desktops.  They are absolutely amazing.  I am using one of their HP Omen X destops.  It is the best gaming computer that I have ever used.

I assumed as much (that it wasn't compatible, but thought that I'd at least ask if it was possible, so thank you for the quick response ^^ Now, begins the fun part, saving up x'D
