For your HP Pavilion Desktop - TP01-1008na
[EDIT:] My pick would be specifically the GeForce GT 1030 4GB DDR4, such as this one: Amazon.com: GeForce GT 1030 4GB Graphics Card, DDR4, 64 Bits, DVI-D/HDMI, Computer Video Card, Deskt... [sells for $109.99 !] or: Amazon.com: GeForce GT 1030 4GB GDDR4 64bit Graphics Card GTX 1030 HDMI VGA GT1030 Video Card : Elec....

Welcome to our HP User Forum!
Right off the bat, a major upgrading bottleneck is your 180-watt power supply. It is an HP proprietary power supply with non-industry standard power cables. And without 6+2 / 8-pin PCIe power connection cable(s).
As per Power Supply Cross Reference for specific models - HP Support Community - 7483923, there is a compatible 310 watt (HP p/n: L64961-800) power supply available, as well as a compatible 400 watt (HP p/n: L69242-800) PSU with 1x6+2 PCIe connector compatible power supplies, but they are in exceedingly short supply, as in: good luck finding one of these. And be prepared to be stiffed by scalpers.
In my opinion, either of the aforementioned power supplies doesn't provide sufficient juice to comfortably power anything more demanding than a Gigabyte GeForce GTX 1650 OC Low Profile 4GB or an XFX Speedster SWFT105 Radeon RX 6400 Gaming Graphics Card 4GB GDDR6 (both cards derive their power solely from your PCIe x16 motherboard slot).
There are ways to resolve the lack of onboard power/absent PCIe 6+2 / 8-pin PCIe power cables. But to take this on requires moderate to advanced computer/mechanical modification skills. This power supply mod is also NOT endorsed, approved or recommended by HP. If you are still interested and you believe you have the skills, please let me know.
To upgrade your audio: I would suggest something like this: SUDOTACK Gaming Computer Speakers, 10W USB-Powered Stereo Multimedia Speakers, with RGB Touch Contro....
