Welcome to our peer-to-peer HP Community Forum!
According to the specs, your OMEN by HP Obelisk Desktop PC - 875-0034 (4NN43AA) as fitted with an Edoras motherboard (SSID: 84FD) and a 500-watt power supply with p/n: L26279-800. -Please verify.
Since your motherboard is 24-pin ATX-power enabled, you can upgrade your power supply with any industry standard ATX power supply, as long as you watch its dimensions (LxWxH) for fit inside your case.
However, since an RTX 4060 Ti's TDP is listed around 160-watt, your existing 500-watt power supply should be able to provide sufficient juice to keep it happy. I would recommend an RTX 4060 Ti model that can be powered with a single 8-pin PCIe power cable, such as this one.
Hope this was helpful.
Kind Regards,
