The 30L case and MB should work with a standard ATX power supply. Match the new PSU dimensions as close a s possible to the HP PSU if you upgrade this part.
Pick a 3060 that fits in your case.
Nvidia recommends a 550 watt PSU with one 8 pin PCIe connection available for the graphics card.
Check the specific graphics card manufacturer's PSU wattage specs and PCIe connection requirements for each card of interest, there are variances.
You might be able to use the factory 500 watt PSU. It should have the Nvidia required PSU to graphics card connector.
