I would like to know how to update my 8GB of ram to 12GB.

I need this for a remote job and i am needing the space of my laptop 

 

Here is what they sent me - Computer specs ( processor Core 15 or higher and memory ram 12GB or higher )

 

Could you please help me figure this out without purchasing a new laptop

I recommend that you install a second 8 GB memory chip in your notebook and have 16 GB of memory running in dual channel mode.

I tried to find a service manual for your notebook, but none of the links I found work.

 

However, I did find this service teardown video:
