Upgrading the Cpu, graphics card, gpu etc

I want to upgrade the graphics card, cpu, ram, etc. just anything that will make it run faster and look better. I was wondering how i could tell if certain graphics cards and other hardware is compatible with my computer

you should give your budget @RyanZiedins 
Take a few things into account, as you may be better off buying a new one if you consider replacing almost everything.
Your computer if this one already has a good configuration, replacing the graphics card only could be sufficient (with power supply if necessary)

The i7-9700 is more than good enough for serious Gaming easily for another decade or more: 8 cores, 8 threads, clock speed of 3.00 GHz all the way to 4.70 GHz, and to top if off, a very favorable low TDP of 65 watt.

The fact you can easily switch out the underpowered 500 watt stock PSU for any industry standard ATX power supply in order to power a much better graphics card, makes your 875-0034 platform a highly resilient, upgradeable and future proof gaming rig.

Ok thanks for that ims till new to knowing how good components are, but im havign a problem where on all my games my frames will not go above 50 and for hours at times it will stay below 5 frames. Do you have any idea what component it could be that i need to upgrade?

All right, let's do some troubleshooting. Please share what RAM stick(s) you have installed -part number(s) would be best, confirm what processor you have, what part number your primary (boot) drive has, do you still have your stock 500-watt power supply installed, and what graphics card you have currently fitted in your desktop.

As a matter of fact, in addition to this information, please run the UserBenchMark performance test, and post the link. The information it yields is very helpful to diagnose computer issues(s).
