What is the specific gt 730 4gb graphics card that you have?
Manufacturer and part number please.
Have you put the original memory back in place and then tried the video card?
Which specific Core i7 processor did you use?
Did you install guaranteed compatible memory modules?
Adding modules to supplement the originally installed modules can also cause a no video issue.
Did you try all of the upgrades at once? That is usually not such a great plan. Any of the three upgrades could cause a no video graphics scenario.

This my processor Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-3770 CPU @ 3.40GHz x 8 (3.40Ghz)
no i dont install guaranteed compatible memory modules
no i dont upgrades all before
anyway thanks for reply the question,
i think its about vga gt or gtx effect that can be difference to output for fps
i mean gt is not good as well as gtx,
unfortunately my vga is gt version, cause the mainboard not support for gtx
