Wanting to upgrade to 16gb ram but i don't know if my pc will support it?

You can replace the 1 TB HDD with a SSD, and it appears you can install a M.2 SSD.

 

Click on the 'View More' line and the last two items show a 500 GB or 1 GB M.2 SSD.

You will need to find the hold down screw for that unless it is already there on the motherboard.

 

I don't know what size it would be or where you can find one.
