@Rkanian, Welcome to HP Support Community,
Thank you for posting your query; I’m here to help by guiding you through steps to resolve this issue
Ah, I see exactly what you’re describing. On the HP Envy 34 All-in-One, the internal USB dongle (usually for Wi-Fi/Bluetooth) is mounted inside the chassis with a ribbon cable secured by a small plastic retention clip. If that clip is broken, the ribbon isn’t held in place properly, which can cause connectivity issues.
Here’s what you need to know:
Moving the dongle outside the chassis
The internal dongle cannot simply be relocated externally because the ribbon cable is very short and fragile, and the internal connector is designed for the internal PCB.
Extending it externally without a proper connector or replacement ribbon risks breaking the cable or the port, which could permanently disable Wi-Fi/Bluetooth.
I suggest you reach out to the nearest HP Authorised service center for personalized assistance. They can provide one-on-one help to fix the problem.
Note: There might be a nominal charge for the service they provide.

I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
