Hi,
I have a Pavilion 23-q110na which came with a wireless mouse mouse and keyboard pre-installed, so presumably the wireless receiver is already 'on board'. Mouse model is MG-1451, keyboard model is KG-1450.
I also own an HP Mouse Z4000 (Model H5N61AA) with a comes with a USB dongle.
Is it possible replace the supplied mouse MG-1451 with my Z4000 by connecting this to the on-board wireless receiver (instead of using the USB dongle)?

@whitevectraman, Welcome to HP Support Community!
I am afraid that you cannot do that. You will have to use the same receiver with the keyboard and the mouse, only the shipped USB dongle will work. Else, you may have to replace the entire set, i.e., the keyboard, the receiver, and the mouse.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
