Use bigger power brick for HP T740 Thin Client

Can I used a bigger power brick for the HP T740 Thin Client, since it comes with a 90w power brick?

it looks like it would not power the RX 6400 GPU card that I'm trying to install, I get the 3 red lights followed by 4 white lights

and indicates a power issue, 

So I was wondering If I could resolved this by getting a bigger power brick , let's say 150w

You should be able to use 150W power adapter when required as long as it is compatible physically. Many machines including HP machines (notebooks, desktops ...) use higher wattage rating for machines which have higher video cards.
