HP Pavilion Gaming - TG01-0023w
Microsoft Windows 11

I'm planning on building another pc and I plan on using the same graphics card from my hp pavilion gaming pc (gtx 1650 super). I also want know if I could use the same psu in another case. The thing is I don't know if it has the right pin connecters or anything for another motherboard. It's a 400w 80+ platinum psu.

@nirvy,

Welcome to our HP Community forum!

Whether or not the 400-watt power supply from your HP Pavilion Gaming - TG01-0023w is compatible in another PC, depends on what motherboard you are going to use.  If the motherboard in your new PC is based on an industry standard ATX power supply architecture, then the answer is: no, you cannot use it, because the 400-watt HP power supply has a proprietary design and is not compatible with ATX power-based motherboards.

Ok, so what about the Msi Pro H610M-G Wifi motherboard. That’s the motherboard i'm planning on using. Would that work with the power supply?

@nirvy,

An MSI PRO H610M-G WIFI DDR4 motherboard is a fine budget gaming motherboard, but the HP power supply will not work on it as it is ATX power-based:
