Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello

 i have (warranty) replaced the video card on one of our system as the old one has some issues with fan.

It's the same card, according to the item number (822349-001 SPS-PCA GT730)

But when attachung the screens to this card (either DVI or DP), there is no display on the screen, but when I change the DP to the onboard card, I see that the PC booted up normally. Neither Windows, nor BOIS detects the video card.

So, the onboard card has not been disabled when I plugged in the video card, and it is not even seen or detected by the BIOS  vP01 v02.31

Any ideas ?

Thanks in advance

@MarcoSol

There are few things to check.

Please check the BIOS first.
