I have a laptop 15s-fq1105ur Intel(R) UHD Graphics graphics card, Windows 10 has a problem with the screen, it shakes, a black stripe jumps from bottom to top.

The only suggestion I can offer would be to update the Intel graphics driver to the latest version found on the Intel website:
