I have Hewlett-Packard HP Compaq 8000 Elite SFF PC with following configuration:
Default System BIOS 22.10.2009
Mother card : Hewlett-Packard 3646h
OS Мicrosoft Windows 10 Pro (64 bits) 2004 (10.0.19041)
Processor : Intel® Core™2 Duo CPU E7500 @ 2.93GHz
Graphics: Intel® Core™2 Duo CPU E7500 @ 2.93GHz
My problem is that I need activate the virtualisation. I activate everywhere that I could, but it seams that my processor or graphic card don't support this technologie or they are too slow..
I work with Android Studio and I would like to test my applications with emulator.
Do somebody have some ideas?
Thank you in advance

Hi:
I don't believe the E7500 supports VT, which is why the setting doesn't show up in the BIOS.
Here is a comparison chart of the E7500 and E7600 processors.
The E7600 supports virtualization and there is no Virtualization spec for the E7500.

I have the same model as you in the CMT form factor with the E8400 and my PC's BIOS has a VT setting because the E8400 supports VT.

Thank you Paul,
Do you use Doker for Windows? You you use some other tools which need virtualisation? Do you have problems or it's Ok with 8400 processor?
What about Grafics card? Which one you have in your computer configuration? Maybe I need to change also grafics solution?
Thanks again

You're very welcome.
Unfortunately, I don't know how the graphics card impacts VT. I don't think I does though.
The onboard Intel HD graphics supports VT.
I believe that it is only the processor that matters.
I have the AMD Radeon HD 6570 in my 8000 Elite CMT.
Your PC only has a 240W power supply, so I would go with the less powerful AMD Radeon HD 6450 1 GB memory model.
That should work fine.
If you want to change out the processor to the E8400, that will also work in the SFF too, and then the VT setting should show up.
The only thing I used to use VT for was on Windows 7 Pro, and I had to install XP mode to run a certain program that would not work on Windows 7.
So other than enabling VT in the BIOS and installing Windows XP mode, I have not installed any other software, or used VT for any other application,
