Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Ryzen 5 2400G with 16GB's (8X2) two SSD's and an m.2, Ryzen 580 Series GPU 4 GB. I am trying to turn on virtualization so I can use sandbox on installed Windows 10 Pro. I have not been able to get into the bios except for the information screen. When I hit f10 nothing happens.  Using Speccy it says that virtualization is enabled and supported but Windows 10 says it is not supported in the firmware. Any help on this issue would be appreciated. This is the only reason I installed windows 10 Pro to use this to test programs downloaded before installing them on this machine or my laptop.

Hi:

See if this works...it would be the only suggestion I can offer.

Turn on or restart the PC.

Rapidly tap the ESC key at the beginning of the HP welcome screen to get the menu of options.

Select the F10 setup option and press the enter key.

Then see the illustration at the link below for where the enable VT setting is typically located...
