Welcome to our HP User Forum!
With your indulgence, I'd like to give this a shot. I immediately noticed that many options I looked at in the UK are either not available or on backorder.
Of all the available options I looked at, this one appears to be closest to what you want, the "HP 24" All-in-One Desktop PC 24-df0032na, Windows 10, Intel i5, 8GB RAM, 1TB, FHD, White" sold for £545, new, here: : https://www.amazon.co.uk/HP-All-One-24-df0032na-Integrated/dp/B08SQFKVMY/ref=sr_1_5?keywords=HP+24+A.... Mind you: "Only 1 left in stock".
If budget matters, and you wouldn't mind considering buying a used HP AIO from a trusted UK Seller with some different specs, please take a look at these two £339.99 options here: https://www.ebay.co.uk/sch/i.html?_from=R40&_sacat=171957&LH_TitleDesc=0&LH_BIN=1&_nkw=hp+eliteone+8.... Of the two options, I would recommend getting the: "HP EliteOne 800 G3 23.8-in Touch AiO PC i7-7700 3.60GHz 8GB DDR4 512GB NVMe".
[EDIT:] Come to think of it, since this option requires you to install Windows and other software, this may not be what you are looking for.
In order to get an AIO with specs as close/or exactly as you want, you probably need to special order it through a physical store, or online.
Here's another, new £699 HP AIO option, an HP Pavilion 24-k0045na 23.8" All-in-One PC as sold here: https://www.currys.co.uk/products/hp-pavilion-24k0045na-23.8-allinone-pc-intel-core-i5-512-gb-ssd-wh.... Deviates from the specs you asked for, but not too far off the reservation.
Just some suggestions.
Hope this was helpful.
Kind Regards,
