I want to upgrade my PSU as it is currently a 180w psu. I would like to know what psu can work with my pc as i dont know if any would work.

Welcome to the forum.
I am not a HP employee.
The latest consumer HP desktop PCs are using proprietary PSUs. The 24 pin PSU motherboard connector is missing in action.
There is not much info available on these new, HP proprietary power supplies.
I can give you HP PSU part numbers for 400 watt and 500 watt power supplies that have the correct MB connectors.
But I don't know if these higher wattage PSUs will fit in your chassis.
HP 400 watt PSU, L04618-800
HP 500 watt PSU, L05757-800
You can see power supply upgrade purchase options at the HP Parts Store (Link). Search using the part number to see if the product can be purchased at the HP Parts Store.
Again, I don't know if the larger HP PSUs at the above link will work with your PC.
