Hi:
The Nvidia GT 1030 low profile card would be a suitable card for your PC.
It only has a 30W power draw.
I have one in my 8200 Elite CMT, and it works great.
This is the exact model I used...I got mine for $89.00 last year. They seem to be hard to find nowadays.
It comes with the low profile mounting brackets in the box.

Maybe you can find a used but tested and working model for less. Just make sure it has the low profile mounting bracket included.
