The Zotac gt 730 4gb will work without issue. It is a two slot card.
Your OEM PSU is 300Watts and that is what the Zotac card requires.
There is not a requirement for a six-pin PCIe PSU connector on the card so that is also not an issue.
Enjoy the upgraded video card.

It depends on which motherboard you have and the installed PSU.
What is the complete product name or product number?
At this point, you have only supplied a series and that is not quite specific enough.
There were five different motherboards used in the series.

A PCIe x16 card that has under 1GB of installed VRAM, unless you upgrade to a higher capacity PSU.
If you upgrade the PSU to 450W or higher you can use more powerful video cards. Upgrade PSU needs to be ATX format.
The DDR3 or DDR5 memory types do not matter, so don't get focussed on thinking it is important.
DDR5 is just faster than DDR3 because of its higher bandwidth. Of course, you would want a card with the faster VRAM.

The Zotac card will fit in the PCIe x16 card slot and overlap another slot.

I take it that English is not a language that you are completely fluent in. I say that because what you asked is a rather different way to ask if it will work and is it compatible. There are video cards that will fit that are not compatible with your PC.
The Zotac card is sompatible with your PC.
