Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

using a v0100 keyboard that came with AiO 24 desktop ca1xxx.  Can't find out how to take a screen shot.  there is no Print Screen key on the board.   Using Windows key+Ctrl+S does not work either

I was  as unable to get the key combination to work on files on my HP Pavilion desktop -ca/xxx.

However on the screen saver, the initial screen, the combination worked! I was able to get the snipping tool

I always revert to the US keyboard when the computer is started  from the HP preprogramed CMS keyboard.  

Is there some setting that is preventing the keyboard from working while using my files?
