Assuming you wish to make this to free some space on the C drive - Moving the Documents folder to the D drives is relatively easy.  Open the "This PC" icon.   If that icon is not on your desktop, that, too is easy.  Right click on an empty spot on the desktop, somewhere.  Pick "Personalize" then pick "Themes" or "Desktop Icon settings" depending on how the Settings tab appears on your version of Windows.  When the Desktop Icon window opens, pick the  "This PC" icon and then "OK".  Here is a guide

https://www.makeuseof.com/add-this-pc-icon-desktop-windows/

Once you get that icon installed, click on the "This PC".  Look at the various information.  Double click on the C drive.  When that window open there should be various folders viewable.  Double click on the "Users" folder.  You should be able to view the folders inside that folder.  There should be at least two folders.  One would be Public and another that has some indication of what you use as your name.  Double click on that folder, you should then see  either a folder or an indication for the Documents folder.  Right click on that.  Now depending on if you have Windows 10 or Windows 11 - Windows 10 will show Copy or if you have Windows 11 and you right click, pick "Show more options" then pick "Copy" from that window.

Now double click on the "This PC" again and this time double click on the D drive.  When that Windows opens you will need to choose a placement for where the new Documents folder to reside.  When the place is chosen, right click on the spot and then paste.  The documents folder should be moved to that location on the D drive.

If that process makes you squeamish, then choose copy instead of move.  That will put a copy of the files on the D drive.  Open the new location of the Documents folder and then verify the files are there.

Now you need to change Windows behavior so all on the applications that were using the old folder Documents location to the new folders location.  Here is a guide

https://www.ghacks.net/2019/10/14/how-to-change-the-default-save-location-in-windows-10/

Once you are satisfied that Windows has made the new location correctly, you can delete the Documents folder from the C drive.  Any questions please post back.  I wish to make sure this is done correctly as all of the documents will be lost, if they do not appear on the D drive.

Thanks for answering my query.

I was able to change the default as per this direction:

Go to Settings > System > Storage > Advanced storage settings > Where new content is saved. Set the desired drive under New photos and videos will save to: and click on Apply.
But when I go to the Pictures in Quick Access - location still says C:\\OneDrive\Pictures
I am not able to change location to D
If I try to move & choose D:\ --> this is the error msg I get..."Can't move the folder because there is a folder in the same location that can't be redirected. Access is denied"
