Product: Envy Desktop
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Recently bought n Oculus Quest 2 and want to also use it with my desktop but I've been told it can use a graphics card upgrade to run smoother. Is it possible and how would I go about finding compatible graphics card. My budget is about 150 - 200 and my current specs are - 

 

Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-8700 CPU @ 3.20Ghz

16.0 GB RAM

 

Current Graphics Card - Intel(R) UHD Graphics 630

What is the Product Number of the computer? I need this information to review the specifications of it. Please don't furnish the Serial # or other personal information. You can find the Product Number at the bottom of the page when you open HP Support Assistant.

You are welcome, @iggylasagna!  Thank you for the additional information.

 

The motherboard in your computer is HP proprietary. It has a 4-pin power connector instead of a standard 24-pin ATX power connector. You will have to buy any PSU upgrade from HP.  HP has a 500W PSU (L05757-800) that will be compatible with your motherboard.  Here it is on HP PartSurfer: https://partsurfer.hp.com/Search.aspx?searchText=L05757-800

Now, for the video card.  It will require you to upgrade the PSU as stated above.  The PSU in your computer is only 180W.  This will not be enough to power any newer video card.  Let me know if you still want to go ahead with the upgrade.
