Hello! Not too long ago I bought an HP ENVY PC tower from amazon and I would like some assistance figuring out how to look into upgrading the power supply so that I can get a decent graphics card into it. Any and all support on the matter would be appreciated!

Welcome to our HP User Forum!
You have come to the right place.
Your HP ENVY Desktop TE01-1254 PC (319K2AA), according to: https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c07868198, and: https://partsurfer.hp.com/partsurfer?searchtext=319K2AA, is fitted with the Baker motherboard (SSID: 8767) and a 180-watt power supply (without any PCIe power cable(s): L81008-800 "Power Supply - 180W ENT20 Gold".
You are correct -there isn't much if at all you can do with 180 watt.
Fortunately, your desktop/motherboard supports two power supply upgrade options: a 400-watt PSU* with HP p/n: L69242-800, and a 500-watt** PSU with HP p/n: L05757-800.
These power supplies can be purchased through eBay and other online eCommerce sites.
* Equipped with one 6+2-pin PCIe power cable. Can power up to an HP- (or Dell) branded RTX 3060 12GB graphics card.
** Equipped with one 6+2-pin PCIE and one 6-pin PCIe power cables. Can power up to an HP (or Dell) branded RTX 3060 Ti 8GB graphics card.
Hope this was helpful.
Kind Regards,
