The warranty people I was speaking with have stopped responding to me for over a week now, and when I call his phone number today, the line rings once then goes silent. It happened twice in a row. How can I get my warranty case resolved? Thanks in advance.

We are volunteers, having no say in HP policy. That said, the warranty period is 1 year (normally). The HP 690 series was released in 2018. If you bought a end of product model, sold by a re-seller, you better have the receipt to prove purchase date.

Thank you for your input. I do have proof of purchase as I got it on Amazon and I have proof that the warranty claim was filed days prior to the warranty ending according to the OS's HP built in application on the start menu bar.

I've replied to everyone's private messages and still have not heard anything from HP's end. Not the parts they said they'd send, no phone calls that were promised. nothing. this is really upsetting as it has been about 2 months now. this is just becoming abhorrent customer service.
