HP Omen 30L
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello all. I recently purchased an Omen and when it arrived, it seemed that the graphics card had gotten loose and rattled around to damage the motherbord during shipping. According to my local repair center, the warranty does not cover the repair, despite having received a broken PC out of the box. Is there any specific reason why the warranty does not cover that type of damage?

Hello
A computer, buy new, is under warranty, and must be in working order!
Hp can void the warranty, if the user damaged the computer by trying to change anything, mishandling, etc.
So, it can be complicated, if you are told that you have damaged the computer, but better to ask directly
Is your repair center an HP center?
The computer, was purchased from HP, or another store?
