My computer and HP.com show my warranty expiring in just a few months even thought I purchased the desktop from Sam's Club last week. I have tried the online resource here for the last several days to no avail (page does not submit and I get an error message, see below):

I have a receipt and would like to get the warranty period adjusted.
The phone and chat options for support also are unresponsive. What is the best way to get this handled?
