HP Pavilion Desktop PC TP01-0000a (6GU13AV)

Hi my pc - 28R11EA, I just change cpu ryzen 3400g to 3200ge. How this change affects my warranty:

What if I I no longer have the original processor - can i return to service only components - not whole pc?

@DarkDarker -- I am not a lawyer, but I recommend that you reconnect the original processor, and verify that your issue still is present, before contacting HP.

It seems to be HP's "right" to refuse to honour the warranty, if they can detect any modifications that you have made.

If you want their help, at their expense, you need to observe the policy as defined in the warranty.

Same thing. If you ever want to send the computer to HP, I think that it must have the original GPU installed.

Note that the original HP Warranty is just for 12 months.  After that time, make all the hardware changes that you wish.
