So, i have G3250 3.20ghz and  i want to upgrade my CPU, but i don't know what is compatible with My Motherboard

According to the manual, page 40, of listed CPU choices, the Intel-Core-i3-4150 is the only slightly improvement.  Here is a comparison between the present CPU and the Intel-Core-i3-4150

Then it is up to you if that represents a gain large enough to spend the extra.
