@Name47,

Yes, in a larger case and powered by a power supply based on your GPU's wattage requirement.

For example, an RX 570 requires at least a 500-watt power supply, whereas a GTX 1650 can be powered by a 300-watt power supply.

Kind Regards,

@Name47,

Your HP Slimline Desktop - 450-010il (M1Q54AA) as fitted with the Memphis2-S motherboard (SSID: 2B2C), is 24-pin ATX power enabled, meaning, in principle any industry standard power supply (as long as you watch an ATX's dimensions (LxWxH) for fit inside the case you/chassis you use) should be able to power your motherboard, that is, if any would fit in an HP Slimline case, which is unlikely as there is not a whole lot of space available in the original case.
