Product: HP EliteDesk 705 G3 Small Form Factor PC
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have a HP EliteDesk 705 G3 Small Form Factor PC with a AMD PRO A10 8770 R7 CPU with integrated AMD R7 graphics and a KBC version 6.21 motherboard. Wondering what graphics card would be compatible with my rig?

The specs indicate that your HP EliteDesk 705 G3 Small Form Factor PC is powered by a 200-watt power supply.

 

With this in mind, you should aim for a low power, low profile graphics card NOT to exceed about 55-watt TDP:
