Product: HP ProDesk 600 G2 Small Form Factor PC
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My Current Specs are 

 

i5 6500 

 

2x4 (8GB RAM DDR4) In cpu-z it says i have two different models of samsung ram

 

Radeon R5 240

It says i have a 805D HP Motherboard

 

1TB HDD And 120GB SSD

 

What upgrades can i apply (mainly looking for gpu/ram)

You won't have to upgrade the power supply with those upgrades.

 

The GT 1030 only draws 30 Watts of power, which is 20 Watts less than the R5 240 draws, and it is a slightly newer/better card.

You can install up to 4 x 16 GB of memory.

You can install a slightly better graphics card than the one in there now....the Nvidia GT 1030.

 

Get the low-profile model with the GDDR5 memory, not the GDDR4.
