Product: hp envy phoenix 860-014
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My graphics card was making a strange noise and when I opened it I noticed one of these two wires came unsoldered and was getting caught in the gpu fan.  I would like to know what these two wires do before I attempt to resolder something that I don't necessarily need to.  PC.PNG

Hi:

 

Those appear to be the antenna cables that go to your PC's wireless card which in your picture is to the left of the left side of the red circle you drew.
