What are memory upgrade options for TPE01-3000i

Does anyone know the memory upgrade options for the TPE01-3000i.   I cannot find that information.  When I try to get HP to scan the pc it cannot read/see it.  The serial is not recognized, and the part number is not recognized.   I also tried the crucial and knigston scanners without success.
