Product: TPE01-3000i
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Does anyone know the memory upgrade options for the TPE01-3000i.   I cannot find that information.  When I try to get HP to scan the pc it cannot read/see it.  The serial is not recognized, and the part number is not recognized.   I also tried the crucial and knigston scanners without success.

According to: https://www.crucial.com/compatible-upgrade-for/hp---compaq/envy-tpe01-3000i, you can fit your HP ENVY Desktop PC TE01-3000i with up to 2 x 32GB of DDR4 PC4-25600, 3200 MHz, Non-ECC, Unbuffered, DIMM (UDIMM), 288-pin RAM modules.
