HP installs various brands of memory in their PC's so it depends on what they had on hand when your PC was manufactured.

The easiest thing to do without taking the PC apart would be to download and run this free utility which should provide the memory brand, memory manufacturer's part number as well as the specifications.

Free Download HWiNFO Sofware | Installer & Portable for Windows, DOS

I use the portable version myself.

If you want a 16 GB DDR4-3200 memory chip, this one should work:

Crucial 16GB DDR4-3200 UDIMM | CT16G4DFRA32A | Crucial.com
