It is the Enter key on the keyboard.

@h-v,

It depends -in part what browser you are using: but most commonly as @banhien mentioned, hitting “Enter”to post your comment, but in some cases (YouTube, etc.) you'll have to hit the "Tab" key on your keyboard while writing a message, it will elevate the page up a bit, and makes the "comment" button visible.

Another time-tested method is to hit shift+enter at the end of your comment to make a new line then press backspace to delete the line and a little bit of the "comment" button should be clickable.

Depending on what application you are using, you can also try to hit the "home" button twice and the add comment appears.

Kind Regards,

Thanks for the suggestions. It turns out that on this new keyboard the tab symbol arrows pointing in two directions serves as ENTER
