On the motherboard there is an connection p75 for what ?

That 20 (19) pin connector is probably cable 910324-001 which is a combo PS2 (keyboard) and serial port. This is a guess based on the parts list for the 800 G3 tower

here is a picture of the cable that shows the end connector having the 19 pins
Note that (unlike usb) hot plugging PS2 can damage mouse, keyboard and even the motherboard.
