What does N-CSR Battery mean under deliverables

I have an 

HP Notebook - 15s-dr0002tx

I needed to know what does deliverables means and what is N-CSR battery replace mean . The customer service person who attended is saying the battery is not under warranty and saying it means as simply non replaceable battery . according to me it is under deliverable under warranty coverage so i should get my battery replaced under warranty

@Man6mvg -- I have never been employed by HP, but I will take a wild guess that "N-CSR" means No Customer Service Representative. To me, this means that HP will ship you the replacement battery, but will NOT schedule a technician to come to your location to remove the current battery, and install the replacement. Instead, if is "self-service" -- you get the battery, and you make the swap.

Given that your HP Care Pack is currently active, I think that HP should replace it, at their expense.
