I am trying to understand the difference between the NOB and non NOB.

I have never seen this term anywhere in HP specifications, only in ads on ebay:  NOB HP Pavilion 24-xa0000 24-xa0020 All-in-One Computer - Ryzen 5 2600H - 8 GB R

Condition:  Open box

“These items are in original manufacturer condition, include accessories and carry the original ”

 

I believe that it stands for New - Open Box, since it mentions "in original manufacturer condition".  I have to add, this is my opinion.
