Id like to buy, but sales is not helping me. Te01-4000
Two different 256 ssd are available. One is gen 4 tlc. What is the other one?
Is the ram soldered in or can i add more. Please don't tell me that i can select more when i purchase. I know that. What i want to know is if i open box to add more will i find it's soldered in?
Two questions i need to know before i purchase.
Tks,
Paul

Welcome back.
You seem to be interested in doing some upgrades to the PC offered at the HP Store.
The general specs for this product number are Here. The specs for the custom (non-ATX) MB are Here.
The RAM is not soldered to the MB. The other NVME SSDs are Gen 3 SSDs.
The included power supply included with this PC at the HP Store is a 400 watt part. You will be limited to a graphics card upgrade that works with the HP 400 watt power supply unless you upgrade the power supply.
HP is not offering the available 500 watt PSU upgrade option for your PC because the graphics card purchase options top out at an Nvidia 3050.

Hi,
Best bet for that info is to either visit a retailer with a tech department that has that model and inquire, or have a look on YouTube if anyone has done an indepth review of it. Sometimes they do tear-downs and you can see what the upgrade options are.

My pleasure.
I try to learn from other Forum users.
Can you direct me to the correct PC specs and MB specs for the PC you are looking at.
The TE01-4000 has an Intel MB so HP usually uses one Intel MB or one AMD MB (exceptions exist) in a specific Desktop series.
The upgrade options vary depending on the specific HP product but core components are fixed based upon the MB topology.
Looking forward to your reply.
Go with @Hibb1 's response. Find this PC at a local store. Check the internals. Ask store personnel for component specifics.
