Hi, can you please tell me which are the highest resolution video cards that would be supported by my current PC configuration? I have tried a couple but my PC will not boot with the new video cards. As originally spec'd your unit was circa Jan 2012, WIN 7, BIOS 7.21 (Legacy). It can not be upgraded to the newer BIOS versions that support UEFI based GPU cards. The GT 545 was released in early 2012, so it worked. The last card guaranteed to work would be the GTX 660. Some GTX 670 might work, it's a dice roll.
Here are the specification on the GTX 660 (from a re-seller) PS<> no longer in stock. You can find the card used, just google it. You will need a 550-600W PSU.
