According to the Motherboard specifications, I see that there is One PCI Express x16 (Gen 3.0) slot available on your PC.

Regarding the GTX 1050Ti - this card also supports PCI Express x16 (Gen 3.0) , 

Yes, this card should be compatible on your PC. However, the power supply installed on your PC is 180 W, where as this card requires 300 W.

You might need to upgrade the power supply on your PC. 

While upgrading the power supply, please make sure you check the form factor.
