I ran the HP diags from the boot menu and got the following Failure ID on HDD test:
RK585R-9R5APQ-GXGJ3F-60U403
What is that error for? Do I need to replace the HDD?
I can boot up the desktop and use it just fine.

Below is the failure report generated by the code you posted, minus your PC's serial number.
RK585R-9R5APQ-GXGJ3F-60U403 | OK | 0000000000 | 9/5/21 | 303 | Storage | Floppy Drive, Hard Drive, Memory Drive, Optical Drive, SCSI, Tape Drive | Hard Disk 1 Quick Test Failure |
Normally you would have to replace the hard drive with such a report, but since it is still working, I guess you can use it until you can't.
I do suggest that you do regular backups of your files because one day you will turn on the PC and it won't go into Windows.
