What is best CPU, GPU, and PSU to upgrade HP 8433 Product #3LA53AA#ABA

I have read many comments about upgrading the HP 8433 motherboard CPU and GPU. Most comments are old. I have a 590-p0024 product number 3LA53AA#ABA. I know it has an AMD4 slot for the CPU, but I need updated information on CPUs, GPUs, and PSUs. Thanks.........patsy
