HP800 G1 SFF
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have HP800 G1 SFF 240W

HP 800G1 SMALL FORM ELITEDESK with only 240W HP PSU.

I am looking at low profile GPUs from 35 to 75WATT POWER needed, how much could my PSU handle to be completely safe?

(My favourites so far are GT 1030 with 35W, and RX 550 with 50W-WOULD THEY BE 100% SAFE? GTX 1050 75W

does not seem completely safe to me, as PSU has only 240W (Plus GTX 1050 (TI) LP version seem much more expensive than full sized  card).

I do not want blue screens, even less damaged components..

I heard I could look into motherboard PC MANUAL however I did not find this info.

I only found this:
Power SupplyOperating Voltage RangeRated Voltage Range1Rated Line FrequencyOperating Line Frequency90-264 VAC100-240 VAC50-60 Hz47-63 HzStandard
Efficiency240W active PFCRated Input Current4A1

This system utilizes an active power factor corrected power supply. This allows the system to pass the CE mark requirementsfor use in the countries of the European Union. The active power factor corrected power supply also has the added benefit ofnot requiring an input voltage range select switch.

CPU i5 4570, 3.2 GHz, 6-MB L3 cache, 86W

The computer has two PCI Express x1 expansion slots, one PCI Express x16 expansion slot, and onePCI Express x16 expansion slot that is downshifted to a x4 slot.NOTE:The PCI Express slots support only low profile cards. You can install a PCI Express x1, x4, x8, or x16 expansion card in the PCI Express x16 slot. For dual graphics card configurations, the first (primary) card must be installed in the PCI Express x16slot that is NOT downshifted to a x4

Hi:

I would not go beyond the GT 1030.

Even that calls for a minimum of a 300W P/S.

But since it only has a max power draw of only 30 Watts, you should be fine with that one.

I have this model in my 8200 Elite CMT.
