My Data Drive 😧 is getting full and it only has one file. MediaD.bin.  What is it and how do I fix the storage issue.

please specify the exact computer model
you may mention the recovery partition, nothing should be placed on it, it should not be modified, unless you have your dvd or usb recovery kit!
