Product: compaq dc7700
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

What is the best graphics card that i can put in my HP compaq dc7700 that has a HDMI or a vga port. preferably a HDMI port.

I would use the AMD Radeon HD 6450 low profile card...

It is a low power card that should work with the 240W power supply your PC comes with.
