I would like to know what software is best suited for migrating from an old Win10PC with sata HD to a new Win11PC with SSD memory. I want to move programs, data, passwords, product identification codes essentiall cloning the old machine to a new OS and memory structure.

In my opinion, the freeware "Macrium Reflect" is one of the best -if not the best and user-friendly cloning software.
Link: https://www.macrium.com/reflectfree click on "Reflect 8 Free", then after a pop-up screen shows up: "If you’re happy to continue with Reflect Free, please choose which license you require: Are you downloading Reflect Free for personal or commercial use?", click on: "I need a personal free license". Click on "Continue", and it should download the "ReflectDLHF" app. Right-click on the app and select "Run as administrator".
If you need additional assistance how to use Macrium, see this link: How to clone your PC hard drive using Macrium Reflect | Windows Central.
Hope this helps.
Kind Regards,
