Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Can someone tell me the maximum amount of RAM my desktop can support? I have 2 slots with 8GB in each, and I'm wondering if I can upgrade to 32GB.

HP says no, but crucial says yes.

I know the chipset your PC has can support up to 64 GB of memory with 4 memory slots, so the crucial report is credible.
